La Brea Tar Pits

After Emily's haircut on Saturday, we went into L.A. to the George Page Musuem and the La Brea Tar Pits. It's something we've wanted to do for a while, so we finally got there. It was a really cool place. It's amazing to see all of the different species of animals that they've excavated out of the tar. The museum does a really good job of explaining everything before you go out to the actual tar pits. Anyway, if you're ever in the area, this is a really neat place to visit. This replica actually moves-which totally freaked Emily out!
