What a Classic!

While at the Scott's, the girls discovered the joy of a good old classic toy. The sit and spin. Do you remember these. I'm sure they still make something like it but there's nothing like the original. The girls had a great time. Emily could get herself going pretty fast and even Lauren got a little movement. Doesn't it seem like the toys were better when we were kids?

Oh, they still make these, we have one thanks to a friend. Problem is, now they make them with sound and lights. It is definatly a favorite though.

I loved the "Sit and Spin", though we usually turned it into "Stand and Spin" or "Roll it down the driveway and watch it Spin".

Anyway, great blog! Your kids are adorable. We loved your Christmas card. It's good to know that things are going well with you guys. It doesn't look like we will be sending out a Christmas card this year, so you can visit our blog at: lawhalls.blogspot.com

Lisa! Here's a funny story for you. I was talking to my mom tonight and she was telling me about having Christmas dinner with the Halls and yadda yadda and I thought, "I should see if Lisa's family has a blog. She's a fairly smart person, I bet she could figure out this whole blogging thing that's become a hit with young LDS families lately". All I could remember is that your last name is Polson so I go to http://blogsearch.google.com and type in "Polsons". Near the bottom of the results is a post about a family going to a fair in Orange County. I thought I'd click on it and see what it was about because, Lisa lives in Watts or Compton I think, and that's close to OC. Whaddayaknow? Those people sure look Mormon. Anyway, long story longer, I noticed they had a link to "Lisa and Jason (Po Pos)" on their blog so I clicked it. I must say, you have a very cute family and you don't look any different than you did 10 years ago. So congrats on that.

Here's a link to our blog and when I say our, I mean the blog that Lindsey does and I occasionally show up in as well, mostly by accident. http://brandonandlindseymathews.blogspot.com/
